When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. When you upload invoices, we process the file to extract data. We do not permanently store uploaded files — they are processed in memory and discarded.
We use your data to provide the invoice extraction service, manage your account, and process payments. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Extracted invoice data is stored in your account until you delete it. Uploaded files are not stored. Account data is retained until you request deletion.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@invoiceai.app.
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted. We follow industry best practices to protect your data.
