InvoiceAI provides an AI-powered invoice data extraction service. You upload invoice documents (PDF, JPG, PNG) and our system extracts structured data that you can export to accounting software or CSV.
You must create an account to use InvoiceAI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
You agree not to use InvoiceAI for any illegal purpose, to upload malicious files, or to attempt to circumvent usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Free accounts are limited to 10 invoice extractions per month. Paid plans are billed monthly via Paddle. You can cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
While we strive for high accuracy, AI extraction is not 100% perfect. You are responsible for verifying extracted data before using it for accounting or tax purposes. InvoiceAI is not liable for errors in extracted data.
InvoiceAI is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
